In-Home Care

Our certified and licensed staff provide assessment, care plan and therapeutic services right in the comfort of your own home.  Our providers deliver quality preventive oral health care in a patient-centered, compassionate and holistic manner.  Care planning takes into account the needs of the client and caregiver when designing an individual care plan.  

 

Dental Hygiene Visits

Patients/clients are served by certified and licensed dental hygienists who will provide in-home services designed to stabilize and support the individuals oral health.  

 

Educational Services

In-service education is provided on an individual and group basis depending on the needs of your community.  Caregivers and Homecare and Home Healthcare providers involved in the ongoing daily care of the patient/client are supported by these educational programs.  Informational material is supported by Smiles For Life, a national oral health curriculum created by the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine.
